Join Canada's Procurement Ombudsman Alexander Jeglic as he presents his 2018-2019 Annual Report. This past year, the Office of the Procurement Ombudsman (OPO) heard from Canadian businesses across the country about their experiences selling, or trying to sell, goods and services to the federal government. Through town hall meetings, social media, the “Share your thoughts on federal procurement” web portal and the 1-866-734-5169 toll-free line, suppliers voiced what works and what doesn’t in federal procurement. This webinar will update members on the Ombudsman's priorities, share insights on what was heard and observed as well as how issues were resolved.
